Tournament Rules
Since 2011, We host fun and competitive tournaments that provide you and your partner of nearly any skill level the opportunity to win.
At each stop, we see golfers from 70’s shooters to 90’s shooters taking home some cash.
Who Can Play?
The Two-Man Tour is for the golfer who works for a living and doesn’t play golf for a living.
If you’re fortunate enough to have retired you’re welcome to join us. And, plan on teeing it forward too.
If you have held an active status on a professional tour within the last 18 months, please do not sign up for the tournaments.
PGA members, Apprentices, and Teaching pros who do not have active status on a professional tour may play. Participants with this status will tee off one tee box back from the designated tournament tees outlined by age.
Please reach out with any questions to clarify. We want to encourage ALL golfers to play the Two-Man Tour.
Format:
A variety of 2-person scrambles, shambles & shootouts are the most common at each stop.
Double bogey max on any hole
No Handicap is Required | Multiple Flights
Flights are determined after round one for two-day tournaments
Flights determined after 36 holes for three-day tournaments
The top 2+ teams in each flight will qualify for the shootout when available.
Optional Cash Skins Games each Day
Tees Played: Typically we have a Men’s 59 and under tee, a men’s 60+ tee box, and a 75+ men’s tee box. Women are always welcome and will play the forward tees.
Course difficulty is always taken into consideration when setting the tee boxes. Rarely will we play the longest available tee box.
Inclement Weather policy:
If the course is deemed playable by the golf course superintendent, we will play the tournament.
If weather causes us to have to shorten the tournament for some reason we will award all prizes in a fair manner.
We have terrific course partners on the Two-Man Tour and will ensure you get the value for your investment in the tournament.
